I came up with an idea to draw a sugar skull design which seemingly has turned out to be a skull lady. I have just sat for 3 hours drawing away without a picture in front of me basing a lot of the facial features on how I see myself. When designing tattoos i have found myself putting in those strong outlines and again i just cant seem to get away from them. I do quite like this picture actually i think it was a good 3 hours well spent and I’m thinking about maybe giving it to the class for my volunteering CVQ to sell on for their charity project for Martin House Children’s Hospice because also to be quite honest knowing me it will get thrown in the bin otherwise.
that is a pretty disturbingly awesome bit of art there. I think whatever you were going for, you nailed it. the mouth sewn shut is provocative yet full of meaning. good job
